Children’s Culture Week in Linz
Since 2013, the Linz Children’s Culture Week has been the most diverse cultural event for young audiences in Upper Austria. Every year in October, around 30 cultural institutions in Linz organise around 250 events for toddlers, children, youngsters and the whole family. Workshops, exhibitions, guided tours, theater, cinema, dance and music performances, readings, picture book cinema and much more are offered.

Reduced admission to the museums
Admission to the participating museums is free or discounted for families during the Children’s Culture Week. Admission to the Ars Electronica Centre is free for children and young people up to the age of 14 and reduced for accompanying adults. Admission to the city and state museums is also free for families (two adults and children up to the age of 18).
Registration / seat reservation / ticket sales
Reservations are required for some Children’s Culture Week events, such as workshops in museums or theater performances. Registration, reservation or ticket purchase is possible directly from the organizers. You can find information about this in the individual events on the website. Secure your place in time!
